The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving, loading, and unloading materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Operate cherry pickers and stand-up forklifts to move products and materials to designated areas. Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately according to customer and company requirements. Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling and placement of goods. Inspect forklifts daily to ensure they are in safe working condition; report any issues or necessary maintenance. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with safety and operational standards. Follow all company policies and safety procedures, including OSHA regulations. Perform inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment as needed. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals and deadlines. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience operating cherry pickers and stand-up forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center. Valid forklift operator certification (preferred). Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
