Lift Operator 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 1589 NW 12th Avenue, Pompano Beach, FL 33069 Job Summary Lift Operator will assist receiving and delivery teams in efficiently and safely moving product from and to dock locations. They will use safe product handling techniques to load and unload lifts and maneuver throughout the warehouse. The lift operator will move inventory in high pile storage racks using lifts at heights up to 40 feet. Essential Job Functions Must be able to operate a lift truck to reach heights of up to 40 feet Must be able to lift 75 pounds overhead Meet company standards for productivity 300 cubes per hour Ensure rewrap product is labeled correctly and staged for put-away Work independently with minimum supervision under fast paced environment. Must be able to push and pull a pallet jack with weight ranges of up to 1500 pounds Able to operate radio frequency equipment Operate in a manner that promotes safety and in compliance with OSHA standards Maintains a clean warehouse floor free from debris Clock in/out according to Company Policy Other duties as assigned Job Requirements 1-2 years of general warehouse experience preferred High School Degree or Equivalent At least one year of experience operating forklifts, cherry pickers, or reach trucks Must accommodate retail schedule which includes indefinite end times, weekends, holidays, based on business needs. Due to high volume during peak season warehouse employees are expected to work a 6-day work week Strong communication skills Able to operate radio frequency equipment Ability to lift up to 75lbs Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish or English/Creole)
