_ We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Voice Picker to join our team. As a Voice Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are picked efficiently and meet quality standards before they are shipped to our customers. This position requires a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Duties Carefully pick products by using the Jennifer voice picking system. Inspect items for quality and accuracy. Maintain an organized workspace. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. Report any discrepancies or issues with products to supervisors promptly. Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while handling materials. Experience Previous experience voice picking in a distribution environment required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Basic math skills for counting and measuring products as needed. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes. Experience using an electric pallet jack to pick orders. Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8am to 7pm. $20.50/hour.
