Forklift Operator (Sit-Down Forklift & Cherry Picker)
Pay Rate:
$17/hour
Schedule:
1st shift: 6am – 4:30PM (Monday-Friday)
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Operator to support our HVAC warehouse operations for an assignment. This position requires proficiency in operating both a sit-down forklift and a Cherry picker to handle, move, and store materials efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate sit-down forklifts and cherry pickers to load, unload, and transport materials. Ensure accurate picking, staging, and organization of inventory. Conduct pre- and post-shift equipment inspections for safety compliance. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily operational goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience operating both sit-down forklifts and cherry pickers. Ability to work the specified schedule without overtime. Strong commitment to safety protocols and attention to detail. Reliable and punctual with the ability to complete the full assignment duration.
