Shipping/Receiving Clerk/Forklift Operator Position Available In Duval, Florida

Shipping/Receiving Clerk/Forklift Operator I-TECH Resources, Inc. Jacksonville, FL 32207 We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to manage incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory tracking, and shop maintenance. This role ensures accurate handling of parts and materials while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

Shipping & Receiving:

Prepare, package, and ship parts, panels, and small packages. Create UPS shipping labels and coordinate with trucking companies. Fill out bills of lading and verify received parts for accuracy and damage. Stock job boxes and store consignment orders in designated areas.

Inventory Control:

Conduct weekly inventory counts and communicate shortages. Pull stocked parts for Bills of Materials (BOM). Maintain accurate paperwork and submit to the Plant Manager.

Shop Maintenance:

Keep the shop clean and organized. Sweep floors, manage trash disposal, and coordinate scrap handling.

Customer Service:

Maintain a professional and courteous approach when assisting customers.

Requirements:

✅ Certified forklift operator required ✅ Experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory control preferred ✅ Strong organizational and attention to detail skills ✅ Basic computer proficiency ✅ Ability to lift and move materials as needed

Job Types:

Full-time, Temp-to-hire Pay:

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
