Work Schedule:
Full time, Monday-Friday, 6 AM- 2:30
PM Pay:
$16- $18 depending on experience 401

60% matching up to 10% of salary

They move inventory from bulk storage to pick slots, ensuring accurate stock levels and maintaining warehouse organization. This position requires efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to operate warehouse equipment safely. Replenishment team members must follow First In, First Out (FIFO) principles to ensure proper product rotation and minimize waste based on expiration dates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Replenish pick slots with inventory from bulk storage. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move products safely and efficiently. Ensure accurate inventory levels and report any discrepancies. Rotate products according to FIFO standards, ensuring older inventory is used before newer shipments. Maintain clean and organized warehouse aisles. Work overtime when required.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse experience desired. Must be able to complete the in-house forklift certification program.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
Must be able to regularly lift and move products up to 49 lbs. Able to work overtime when required.
Working Conditions:
Warehouse environment with exposure to extreme temperatures, machinery with moving parts, and dusty conditions. Possible exposure to chemicals, fumes, loud noise, and high places.
