DETAILED SUMMARY
Select and pull orders using an order picker to retrieve products and produce. Ensure that selected products match order details and are free from damage or defects. Meet daily and weekly order fulfillment quotas while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Work closely with warehouse team members and supervisors to meet operational goals and customer demands. Lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 60 lbs. Follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques, PPE usage, and storage guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment for an extended period. Prior experience within a warehouse and operating a forklift is required. Write and communicate in both Spanish and English.
