Job Overview:
Join our team as a High Reach Truck Operator and become an essential part of our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for operating Raymond Reach Lifts and Crown RC equipment to stack and retrieve supplies and materials efficiently and safely.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 6 AM – Finish (typically around 3-4 PM) Overtime as needed (typically 5-10 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:
Operate Raymond Reach and Crown RC High Reach Trucks to move, stack, and organize products. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper labeling of goods. Adhere to safety protocols, including team lifting for items weighing 50-80 lbs. Work in temperature-controlled rooms down to 0 degrees (freeze suits provided, personal apparel allowed). Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance concerns. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of experience operating High Reach Trucks (Crown and Raymond models preferred).
High School Diploma or GED Skills:
Reliability, attention to detail, and strong work ethic are essential. Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. (team lifting required for heavier items). Comfortable working in cold storage areas (0 degrees). (freeze suits provided- but can bring own apparel) Strong communication skills and ability to follow safety protocols.
