Warehouse Supervisor At Southwest Communications we are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team for our Bonita Springs office. We specialize in building utility infrastructure with fiber optic construction such as underground, aerial and fiber splicing. We provide customer service throughout the state of Florida. We are family owned and looking to grow our team.

Responsibilities :

• Able to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
• Oversee and maintain accurate inventory of supplies
• Produce reports based on inventory levels per project
• Produce reports for material requests to customer
• Schedule repairs for equipment and vehicles as required
• Keep track of tools and supplies for our in-house crews
• Arrange for transport inbound and outbound shipments
• Coordinate with our carriers to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries
• Keep a clean and organized work area
• Oversee warehouse operations and ensure warehouse is stocked
• Work with our vendors to and ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
• Safely handle shipment of materials from trucks with equipment
• Ensures the accuracy of counts to all shipments
• General shop repairs and maintenance
• Ability to work independently

Requirements :

• Valid drivers’ license
• Standard forklift experience
• Must have basic computer proficiencies and experience using Microsoft Office.
