Warehouse/Driver 4.4 4.4 out of 5 stars 1612 NE 6th Avenue, Ocala, FL 34470 We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and dependable Warehouse Organizer & Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, organize materials, assist with shipping and receiving, and safely deliver materials to job sites. A clean driving record, strong work ethic, and positive attitude are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize, label, and maintain warehouse inventory of electrical materials, tools, and supplies. Prepare and stage materials for crews according to work orders. Load and unload materials safely, manually or with equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack). Deliver materials and equipment promptly to various job sites across the region. Perform regular inspections of delivery vehicles to ensure safety and maintenance. Assist in tracking inventory levels and communicating shortages to purchasing staff. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Assist with general warehouse tasks such as receiving shipments, quality control, and restocking shelves. Ensure delivery paperwork, invoices, and materials are accurately processed and documented. Comply with all company safety procedures, traffic laws, and DOT regulations. Communicate effectively with office staff, project managers, and field crews. Perform occasional errands, including pick-up of special orders or returns to suppliers.

Required Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required, background check will be performed). 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, construction, or delivery role preferred. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly and operate loading equipment safely. Knowledge of basic electrical materials helpful, but not required — we will train the right candidate. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliveries and warehouse duties. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills for inventory tracking (experience with inventory management systems a plus). OSHA forklift certification (preferred or willingness to obtain).

Work Environment:

Physically demanding work environment, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Driving company vehicles for deliveries in varying weather conditions. Indoor and outdoor warehouse settings.

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday-Friday. Occasional overtime based on project needs.
