Forklift Operator Unified Logistic Services Inc. Hialeah, FL 33018 The Forklift Operator will be responsible for operating a forklift to move product from one location to another. This position will be responsible for loading and unloading product and maintaining safe storage of product in accordance with company safety standards. The position will also be responsible for loading and unloading pallets of product.
Responsibilities:
Operate a forklift to load and unload product from production lines, trucks, and delivery locations Load and unload pallets of product from production lines using a forklift Move products in production lines using a hand pallet jack Ensure production lines are clean and safe at all times Keep production lines clean by sweeping, dusting, and wiping down surfaces Maintain inventory by logging purchases and receiving inventory from production locations Keep production lines, warehouse, and premises organized and clean at all times Follow all safety rules and regulations
Skills:
- Proven experience as a forklift operator
- Knowledge of basic industrial equipment operation
- Flexibility to work on various production lines
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
