The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible to: Packing and moving in a safety manner of client possessions. This position will help with packing, loading, and unloading customer equipment, parts, or any other package that needs care in the moving process. This position also assists with maintaining the warehouse and inventory in a safe, clean, organized manner.

• Handle and manipulate the forklift, pallet jack, office machines and all other tools for warehousing.
• Responsible for ensuring inventory is processed, organized, and stored
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Physically prepare all cargoes for shipping and delivery. (Package and scan)
• Re-pack cargoes if material available.
• Load / unload received cargoes from trucking companies.
• Take pictures and documenting all receiving process of cargoes.
• Take out all Suppliers information from cargo before to pack it and dispatch to client
• Maintain warehouse in a clean and orderly manner, sweep and mop warehouse floor.
• Participate in answering the telephone for the warehouse as necessary.
• Perform simple arithmetic calculations.
• Understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
• Follow all safety codes.
• Identify damage, loss, or surplus of goods and materials stored in the warehouse.
• High School
• 2 years of experience handling forklift
• The ideal candidate is comfortable working on their feet, focused on meeting quotas, and experienced in inventory software and databases
• Valid driver’s license
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds or more
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Spanish)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with inventory software (SAP), and able to upload data into the company system (SAP)
• Able to work independently
• Pays attention to detail and monitors the quantity and quality of incoming and outgoing orders. Highly organized and able to store items efficiently.
• Knowledge of in-process inventory for receipt and delivery.
• Knowledge to Package items and label correctly
• Knowledge to Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors
