We are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Production Operator to support daily operations at our Fort Lauderdale facility. In this hands-on role, you’ll be operating forklifts, managing materials, and contributing to a tight-knit production team. Position Details

Hourly Rate:

$17.14 – $19.85 /hour

Work Hours:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (may extend to 3:30 PM; flexibility required)

Dress Code:

Factory environment – steel-toed, slip-resistant footwear required. No pockets or pins.
Key Responsibilities
Operate forklifts to move materials within the facility (in-house training provided; license not required)
Lift and handle up to 55 lbs, including occasional manual handling of 5-gallon water jugs
Collaborate within a team of six to meet daily production targets
Maintain cleanliness and safety of work area; assist with light equipment maintenance
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Mechanically inclined with basic understanding of equipment operation
Ability to work in physically demanding conditions; prolonged standing and lifting required
Strong teamwork,munication skills, and attention to safety
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a factory or warehouse setting
Familiarity with forklift operation (formal license not required)
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
Comfortable in a structured, safety-first environment

Pay Details:

$17.14 to $19.85 per hour
