Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team in a fast-paced distribution center. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of forklifts, including clamp trucks, cherry pickers, and order pickers, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, mechanical awareness, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts including clamp trucks, cherry pickers, and order pickers to move materials efficiently Load and unload products from delivery trucks and storage areas Perform accurate order picking to support timely customer order fulfillment Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment to ensure safe operation Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and maintain productivity Report any equipment issues or safety hazards to management immediately Bilingual and Spanish speakers are welcomed and preferred Safe Warehouse environment with No phone policy during shift hours

Qualifications:

Proven forklift operation experience in a warehouse or distribution environment Experience with clamp trucks, cherry pickers, and other equipment preferred Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting minor equipment issues Attention to detail for accurate picking and handling Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety protocols Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to pass required background checks and obtain necessary forklift certifications Why Join Us?
