We are seeking a reliable and certified Forklift Operator to assist with freight deliveries during our transition to a new location. This is a part-time position ideal for someone looking for flexible work. The operator will be responsible not only for unloading freight but also for securing the facility by unlocking and locking up as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and unload scheduled freight deliveries using a forklift. Unlock and secure the facility before and after deliveries. Coordinate with delivery drivers and internal staff as needed. Ensure safe handling of goods and maintain a clean work area. Communicate promptly in case of delays or issues during delivery.

Schedule & Hours:

Deliveries will be scheduled on specific days, with advance notice provided. Each shift is guaranteed a minimum of 4 paid hours , with additional hours paid if deliveries run late.

Requirements:

Valid forklift certification and proven forklift operation experience. Must be trustworthy and dependable with facility access responsibilities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Flexible availability to work on an as-needed basis.

Compensation:

Hourly rate: $18 an hr Weekly pay-
