Pay/hours for position $16 Requirements of position 1-2 years of forklift operating experience in a warehouse, logistics, or delivery hub environment. Valid forklift operator certification Ability to work long shifts (10+ hours), including weekends or holidays as needed. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending) for extended periods. Familiarity with barcode scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or handheld devices is a plus. Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills. Experience working in a high-volume or e-commerce delivery environment is a plus. Responsibilities of position Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, or electric pallet jacks) to move, load, and unload materials in the warehouse and staging areas. Assist with sorting, staging, and scanning packages for outbound delivery routes. Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, and inventory checks. Follow safety guidelines and report any equipment malfunctions or hazards immediately. Coordinate with dispatchers, warehouse associates, and delivery drivers to ensure accurate and timely order processing. Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with company and OSHA safety standards. Perform equipment inspections before and after use; report maintenance needs.
