We are seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Store Warehouse/Driver. This role involves efficiently managing warehouse operations and providing delivery services to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and customer service. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items in an organized and efficient manner. Maintain accurate inventory records through proper documentation and inventory control procedures. Prepare orders for delivery or pickup by pulling inventory items from shelves or storage areas. Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization, including disposing of trash, sweeping floors, and maintaining storage areas. Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts to reconcile physical stock with computer records. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner. Collaborate with store staff to fulfill customer orders and maintain adequate stock levels. Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers in a timely manner. Load and unload merchandise at customer locations, ensuring items are handled with care to prevent damage. Verify delivery orders with customers and obtain necessary signatures and payments as required. Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues professionally. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving and operating company vehicles. Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections to ensure vehicles are in proper working condition. Keep delivery records and documentation up to date, including mileage logs and delivery confirmations. Assist with store tasks and customer service as needed, including assisting customers, answering inquiries, and maintaining store appearance. Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and inventory management. Maintain a positive and cooperative working relationship with team members and supervisors. Perform deliveries as assigned. Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in warehouse operations is a plus. Proven experience in warehouse operations and/or delivery driving preferred. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment and forklift safely. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
