Job Description:

The Basket Stacker will have various duties within the packaging & shipping areas. He/She will have job responsibilities of running the stackers, placing finished stacks into the shipping area, keeping accurate counts, and the cleaning of the stackers. He/She will also load the basket un-stacker and monitor its operation. He/She will neatly and accurately fill out all necessary paperwork and turn it into the proper place. Responsible for area housekeeping and other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Functions:

1) Review pertinent information with the previous shift i.e. mechanical issues etc.
2) Operate the stackers
3) Place stacks of product on the shipping floor
4) Empty trash as needed
5) Pulling orders and loading of trucks
6) Assist the employees in packaging area
7) Be responsible for job duties while giving relief.
8) Neatly and accurately fill out all necessary documentation (Ex. HACCP

• CTS)
  9) Maintain a safe neat and clean work area accordance with GMP and good housekeeping practices
  10) Communicate with co-workers and supervisors
  11) Follow all JSA guidelines

Work Conditions:

8-12 Hour shift. Will receive 2 fifteen-minute breaks and one half hour break. Overtime is required. Environment

• Noise levels will be minimal to moderate and temperature will be controlled.

Lighting is sufficient. There is a possibility of slippery footing.
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
