  • Qualifications:
  • Fundamental understanding of keyboard functions on a computer
  • Experience as a forklift operator
  • Attention to detail and knowledge of industrial equipment
  • Physical fitness and coordination
  • Valid forklift operation certification
  • High school diploma
  • No impairments that could negatively impact the ability to safely and effectively perform necessary tasks
  • Capability to accurately assess time and distance
  • Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to operational conditions
  • Working Conditions:
  • Manufacturing and warehouse environment
  • Freezer, Temperatures ranging from 35 to 45 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Refrigerated, and Ambient temperatures.
  • Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for supplying seven production lines with all necessary materials needed to ensure their efficient operation
  • Unload packaging supply trucks containing (plastic bottles, cardboard boxes and empty cans) as required
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth and safe flow on the packaging line while preserving product integrity
  • Remove any unnecessary empty pallets and packaging
  • Provide support to the packaging maintenance department as needed
  • Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and organize them in designated locations
  • Identify and report any damage, shortages or quality issues
  • Transport packaging materials to production workstations
  • Regularly inspect machinery to assess repair needs and ensure safety through routine maintenance
  • Must possess the ability to operate a forklift safely
  • Meet all Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Practices safety requirements established by OSHA and our client
  • Conforms to requirements of PRCP food safety programs
  • Be available to work extended shifts and days
  • Any additional duties assigned by supervisor.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • In the course of fulfilling job responsibilities, the employee must consistently sit and engage in verbal communication or listen.

The employee often needs to utilize their hands for tasks such as gripping, manipulating, or sensing, as well as reaching with their hands and arms. Occasionally, the employee is required to stand and walk. This position necessitates specific visual capabilities, including close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

  • Must be able to occasionally lift and stack products up to 50 lbs.

Must be able to work in various temperatures of extreme ranges.

Employer conducts Screenings. Must pass criminal background, drug screen and e-verify.
