Position Summary:
As a Forklift Operator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials throughout our facility. From unloading raw materials to managing finished goods, your contributions will directly impact our production and delivery success.
What You’ll Do:
Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to support production and warehouse operations Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any malfunctions Load and unload trucks with raw materials, finished goods, and equipment Supply materials to production lines and manage in-process inventory Maintain accurate logs for production, inventory, and shipments Organize and store materials using FIFO procedures Support site safety, cleanliness, and food safety protocols Report discrepancies or accidents promptly Use PPE and follow all health, safety, and GMP standards
What We’re Looking For:
Valid Driver’s License and Forklift Certification Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Ability to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment High school diploma or GED At least 6 months of relevant experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting Why Join Us?
