$17/hour About the Role We’re hiring forklift operators to support warehouse operations at a busy facility in Lakeland. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable operating powered industrial trucks in a fast-paced setting and is committed to safety, accuracy, and dependability. What You’ll Be Doing Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials Safely transport pallets and goods across production and storage areas Perform equipment checks and maintain safe operating practices Support team members with material handling and inventory movement Follow site-specific procedures and daily performance goals What We’re Looking For Prior forklift experience is required Ability to safely operate Must be able to obtain certification through both our team and the onsite facility Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs and working in a warehouse environment Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
