Share Production Forklift Operator, Dairy Processing – Lakeland 32946BR Lakeland, FL Department Dairy Processing Description Responsibilities include: performing all team assignments maintaining housekeeping putting dunnage on all outbound trailers maintaining supply of dunnage materials, i.e., crates, pallets, etc. ensuring trailers are properly cleaned prior to loading assisting Shipper/Receiver with daily tasks as needed cleaning and maintaining outside dock areas daily other duties as assigned. Wet and slippery Frequency of Pay Weekly Minimum Base Pay 15.30 Maximum Base Pay 21.05 Potential Annual Base Pay 31,824 – 43,784 Year End Bonus To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week’s pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks’ pay.
Other Compensation Information Weekend differential:
A $2.00 per hour weekend differential is paid to associates for hours worked between 12:00 a.m. Saturday through 11:59 p.m. Sunday.
