We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Stackers to join our team at a roofing tile manufacturing facility. The Stacker is responsible for efficiently stacking finished roofing tiles onto pallets, inspecting for quality, and ensuring a safe and clean work environment. This role is critical to maintaining continuous production flow and meeting shipment deadlines. The schedule is Monday to Saturday 4:00 am to 4:00 pm or 4;00 pm to 4:00 am. Day and night shift rotate on a quarterly basis so candidates must be available for both shifts. The pay rate is $17/hr.

Responsibilities :

• Safely stack roofing tiles according to specified patterns and quantities.
• Inspect tiles for defects, chips, or cracks before stacking.
• Keep up with production pace and maintain stacking accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines, including use of PPE and safe lifting techniques.

Preferred Skills :

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with basic machine operations or production equipment.
• Ability to Work in Varying Environmental Conditions
• Comfortable working in hot, dusty, or noisy environments.

Required Skills :

• Flexibility with Shifts and Overtime
• Open to rotating shifts or extended hours as needed.
• Ability to lift and move 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Comfortable standing, bending, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Attention to Detail; Ability to spot damaged or defective tiles before stacking.
• Understanding and following safety procedures, especially around machinery and heavy materials.
