- Job Description
- We are seeking a dedicated loader/unloader with forklift experience for the 1st and 2nd shift. The role involves assisting in unloading raw steel material, finished beams, and operating machinery as needed for a
- structural steel fabrication company.
- Responsibilities
- + Unload raw steel materials and finished beams efficiently using a
- sit down forklift.
- + Operate machinery as required. + Engage in mild paint preparation work. + Load and unload trucks using construction and heavy equipment.
- Essential Skills
- + Experience with forklift operation. + Proficiency in using construction and heavy equipment.
- Additional Skills & Qualifications
- + Ability to work effectively in a non-climate controlled environment. + Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Work Environment
- The candidate will work in a non-climate controlled open bay environment, loading and unloading equipment, and performing mild paint prep work. Outdoor work is required, and the role involves exposure to sun and varied weather conditions.

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $15.00 – $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
