Forklift Operator Position Available In Volusia, Florida

Forklift Operator/ Selector Starting Pay:

$17.50/hr-$19.25/hr

Shift:

Multiple Shift Open Operating machinery : Safely operate forklifts, industrial vehicles, and operate an RF Scan gun Loading and unloading : Pick, pack, and load products onto and off trailers. Storing and stacking : Move materials around the facility using pallets and crates, and stack loads in storage bays Maintaining equipment : Inspect machinery for repairs and perform regular maintenance Following safety guidelines : Adhere to safety regulations and company guidelines, and be alert of other employees in the work zone Completing documentation : Complete forms, handle documentation, cycle counting, and maintain production records Quality assurance : Report product damage and shortages, and perform quality assurance duties Rotating stock : Rotate stock so that oldest items are shipped or sold first

Cleaning :

Maintain a clean work area

Note:

This individual must be able to learn GMP’s, ISO, and OSHA requirements in the manufacturing environment. This position shall operate in accordance with company policies & procedures, FDA regulations, and ISO standards. Qualified candidates should possess the following: High School Diploma / GED or equivalent required Must have Forklift experience Basic computer skills Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally Criminal background and drug screen required •Come see us for open interviews Monday-Friday 9am-12pm.
