FUNCTIONS
Moves levers and presses pedals to drive the lift truck and control movements of lifting apparatus. Positions forks, lifting platforms, or other lifting devices under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, or materials or hooks and transport load to designated area. Unloads and stacks material by raising and lowering lifting devices. Verify materials in WHSE and supplies co-workers with the products and materials as needed. Loads or unloads materials onto or off pallets, skids, or lifting devices. Transitions products from inbound staging area to warehouse locations. Ensures proper quality standards of finished product when stretch wrapping. Identifies, reports, and removes faulty equipment and/or damaged products. Ensures each inventory tag is scanned individually upon physical movement. Ensures area of operation is organized and inventory accuracy. Keeps receiving area, warehouse shelves, and aisles clean, organized, and free of hazards and obstructions. Follows all safety procedures and regulations, including wearing special protective gear and disposing of materials as regulated by law. Maintains GMP standards throughout the warehouse.
