Position Summary:
This position will assist with the various functions throughout thefacility supporting; rigid, foam, edge seal, compounding,recycling, die cleaning, fork lift,extrusion operations and othersupport areas, .
Specific Responsibilities:
Stacking production for rigid and foam operators Wrapping pallets Transporting Material to recycling and foam regrind areas Maintain General Housekeeping throughout the facility Loading and unloading of compounding raw materials Supporting the Die Cleaning Department Disassembly and cleaning ofdies, calibrators, templates and tanks. Inspects dies, calibrators, templates and vacuum tanks for damageand wear Maintains organization and cleanliness of work area Operate edge seal line machinery and equipment Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on edge sealmachinery Perform equipment change-overs Responsible for quality control checks and completing necessarypaperwork Ability of operate a fork lift Abides by all EHS standards, is committed to working safely Has a good attendance, performance and conduct record Must be flexible in supporting all departments
Education/ Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand on concrete floors for up to 12 hours per day Frequent walking Ability to; stoop, crouch, kneel, crawl and climb Ability to work in varying temperatures Able to lift and /or carry up to 50 pounds without assistance Load and unload raw materials from trucks and load into rackingsystem Ability to reach with hands and arms repetitively If you have the above qualifications, then we have a position foryou!
