The ideal materials moved would be bulk paper, steel, or lumber. The Operator will be responsible for moving, locating, relocating, stacking and counting product in the warehouse. This position is responsible for supporting the inbound and outbound departments by loading and loading containers and trailers of various size.

Hours:

M-F 8a-5p

Duties:

• Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading materials
• Handle materials using class IV sit down forklift
• Operate heavy equipment to transport materials within the warehouse
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform basic mechanical tasks as needed

Experience :

• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a warehouse environment moving large bulk items, not pallets.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
• Proficiency in operating heavy equipment, such as forklifts, and clamp trucks
• Familiarity with materials handling procedures and techniques
• Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance tasks
