Morning shift, 8:30PM – 12:00PM Job description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Forklift Operator to join our team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a electric sit-down forklift to transport pallets to designated locations and ensure compliance with company safety standards. Your role will involve maintaining a well-organized warehouse space and providing support to the shipping department with picking. While prior warehouse experience is preferred, it is not necessary, as we are willing to train the right candidate. This is a full-time position based in our SVA location. Responsibilities Operate an electric sit-down forklift to transport pallets to designated locations. Ensure proper loading of pallets in inventory locations, adhering to company safety standards. Maintain strict adherence to safety procedures while operating the forklift and handling pallets. Monitor and respond to requests from unloaders who require pallets at their dock. Optimize warehouse space utilization and ensure all items are appropriately stored. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Assist the shipping department as needed. Requirements Valid forklift license (preferred) Ability to lift 50lb to 150lb consistently Strong attention to detail. Highly motivated and driven to meet service needs. Results-oriented mindset. Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
