Responsibilities Operating the 30,000 lb forklift to move heavy materials and equipment around the facility. Safely loading, unloading, and transporting materials to designated areas. Performing daily inspections and maintenance checks on the forklift to ensure optimal performance. Collaborating with the warehouse and production teams to manage material flow and inventory. Assisting in the organization and storage of materials in the yard and warehouse. Adhering to safety protocols and contributing to a safe working environment. Requirements .
Experience :
A minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy-duty forklifts, specifically 30,000 lb capacity or larger.
Technical Skills :
Strong knowledge of forklift operations, safety standards, and maintenance procedures. Attention to
Detail :
Strong focus on maintaining high standards of quality and safety in production.
Problem-Solving :
Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and recommend process improvements.
Physical Requirements :
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods, lift materials up to 50 lbs, and operate machinery in a fast-paced environment.
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent; Certification in forklift operation. Technical certifications in manufacturing operations are a plus.
