Bilingual Forklift Operator Employer Solutions Services, Inc. Atlanta, GA 30331 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual Forklift Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks within our distribution center, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining high standards of inventory control. The ideal candidate will have experience in materials handling and a strong commitment to safety and productivity. Bilingual Forklift Operator Duties Manage inventory control processes, ensuring accurate tracking of stock levels. Load and unload materials from trucks and containers, ensuring safe handling practices. Operate forklifts and other equipment such as a Cherry Picker to move goods within the warehouse safely. Assist in shipping and receiving operations, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and address any operational challenges. Perform heavy lifting as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications MUST be Bilingual ( English & Spanish) Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of inventory management practices is a plus. Excellent physical stamina, with the capability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds). Attention to detail with strong organizational skills for effective stock management. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed in a fast-paced setting.
