Working 6am -2:30pm. and 3pm-1130pm. Must have at least 4 years of experience with a Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, and Sit-Down forklift. Jobs will go fast, so don’t wait! and make sure to include your resume as they are required!! Pay is $21.75 per hour.

Forklift Operator Details:

Load picked orders or (pull & load) according to policies and procedures, completing appropriate paperwork including Bill of Lading, Pick Report, Trailer Audit and Lot Verification. Unload, move, stack and stage customer products and materials both by hand and using forklift or other power equipment, keeping appropriate records and reports. Assign / verify trailers to appropriate dock and/or yard location, trailers locked to dock-lock and/ or chocking the wheels (if applicable), following all safety rules and Company policy. Daily inspect and repair or make adjustments before operating tow-motor vehicles, following safety and maintenance instructions, completing the tow-motor inspection sheet at the beginning of each shift and/or assigned to another piece of equipment; report immediately any defective equipment to supervisor. Prepare trailers prior to loading product by inspecting and cleaning as needed to ensure product preservation. Assists in building and grounds maintenance to ensure that the facility is maintained in a clean, neat safe and orderly manner.

Forklift Operator Requirements:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience Two (2) years forklift experience including specific Reach Truck experience required Knowledge of inventory control and general warehouse procedures Light data entry skills required Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions, to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures Ability to operate forklift – both sit down and stand up, tow motor, motorized and non motorized pallet jack; clamp, reach and slip sheet. Ability to write legibly Must have basic math skills Ability to make decisions on customer acceptance based on past experience and fitness for use Must have attention to detail for continuous mental and visual attention Data entry skills Language skills – English Must have attention to detail for continuous mental and visual attention Must be a Team Player Ability to communicate in a professional and positive manner Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check Malone is an equal opportunity employer. 2000057
