Proven team member with skills to multi-task. Proficientreading skills. The ability to be certified on lift equipment. Musthave the ability to work safely and abide by all of Carter’s Safetyrules and procedures. Must have the ability to abide by all ofCarter’s policies and procedures, specifically the attendancepolicy. prior work experience and educational requirements Highschool diploma or a GED preferred, not required. Six monthsverifiable experience within last two years of equipment operatorexperience preferred. PHYSICAL and Work DEMANDS Required to standthroughout the entire shift. Must wear work boots. Ability to workfrom heights, harnessed into equipment. Must be able torepetitively lift cases weighing up to fifty pounds. Must be ableto stand and work for long periods including daily overtime,holidays and OT as required. Must be able to work consecutive daysduring peak season. Holiday schedule to be decided by Management.
