Job Title:
Forklift Operator Day shift 7am -4pm Mon – Friday Pay 25 per hour Job Description The Forklift Operator is responsible for ensuring that packaging requirements for finished product lines are met according to the plant production schedule and established operating parameters. This role includes additional duty assignments as required. Responsibilities Operate all processes safely in compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) rules and regulations. Operation of sitdown stand up, clamp, reach truck forklifts Package boxes, sacks, and cartons. Maintain good housekeeping practices. Participate in HSE activities and established plant safety processes/programs. Actively engage in Behavioral Based Safety (BBS), hazard identifications, near misses, safety work orders, job safety analysis, and computer-based safety training. Essential Skills Forklift Experience Ability to work in swing shifts, switching from 7am-4pm High School Diploma required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Augusta, Georgia Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 – $25.00/hr.
