Perform order picking tasks accurately and efficiently to meet shipping deadlines. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Assist with shipping and receiving operations, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments. Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock locations. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance needs. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency. Experience 1+ year of forklift experience needed. Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred, with a focus on materials handling and equipment operation. Familiarity with order-picking processes and shipping/receiving procedures is highly desirable. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and practices is essential. Experience using a warehouse management system is an advantage. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
