Duties:

• Operate a forklift, Reach truck/ hi-lo, and electric pallet jack to move materials and products within the warehouse
• Perform order picking and packing duties as required
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other equipment
• Ensure accuracy in inventory management by verifying quantities and inspecting products for damage
• Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any mechanical issues
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed

Experience:

• Previous experience operating a forklift or similar equipment is preferred
• Basic math skills to accurately count and record inventory
• Familiarity with order picking processes and procedures
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to forklift operations
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with forklifts Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
