The Forklift Operator job in Biddeford, Maine is responsible for operating the forklift in shipping/receiving areas, unloading corrugated sheets to the production floor and/or production machines, and loading finished corrugated boxes for shipment. You’ll have a solid understanding of the Production Reporting System, Bar Code Scanning, and Diary Reporting, as well as be able to demonstrate a variety of skills needed to successfully operate the forklift and other tools/equipment in a safe and proper manner. This is a full-time, 2nd shift position.
Forklift Operator Qualifications:
High School Graduate or equivalent preferred A minimum of 2 years of warehouse/forklift experience required The ability to read and interpret shipping/receiving paperwork is required Forklift Certification strongly preferred Must be highly organized and able to think ahead of the workload Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of forklift maintenance and operation

Schedule:
2nd shift M-F, 3:30pm – 12:00am, OT available
Pay Rate:
$21-$23/hr Depending on experience (+ $3.00 shift differential)
