We welcome our veterans to apply! Forklift Driver Lakeside Book Company is looking for a fulltime forklift driver for our Fulfillment area. As the largest book maker and book distributer in the United States, you will help craft books that end up in the hands of readers across the country.

Starting Rate:

$18.50 to $24.50 depending upon experience $100 Shoe Reimbursement 2 weeks of vacation (pro-rated year 1) Team Atmosphere Security in a growing industry

Work Hours:

Days, 7:30am-4pm

Location:

1799 Highway 50 East, Linn, MO 65051 As a Forklift Driver, you will: Operate of forklift, reach truck or bendy to move finished products to and from equipment and within a warehouse. Operate a Forklift Will load and unload semi-trailer trucks Perform safety and maintenance checks on equipment Managing inventory by utilizing RF scanning equipment Work in a team environment and cross-train with others Receive training to help advance your career

Qualifications:

Experience in operating all facets of a forklift truck Strong spatial ability and judgment Ability to recognize and maintain forklift load balance Ability to drive equipment safely in close quarters Team work skills At Lakeside Book, we value craftsmanship and collaboration by encouraging employees to improve their skills and capabilities.
