The ideal candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading of goods, ensuring that all materials are handled with care and in compliance. This role is critical to maintaining the flow of operations within our warehouse and requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. Responsibilities Load and unload shipments from trucks, damage free and ensuring accuracy . Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other freight handling equipment safely and efficiently. Assist in organizing the warehouse space for optimal efficiency. Collaborate with office personel to streamline operations and improve productivity. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dock area. Experience Previous experience in a distribution center or LTL Trucking operation is preferred. Familiarity with materials handling techniques. Experience operating forklifts is a plus.
