Forklift Operator/Order Picker – 1st Shift – Inventory

Mar 12, 2025 Masis Staffing Solutions is looking for Forklift Drivers/Order Pickers in the Olive Branch, MS area. We have partnered with a local company that will be picking orders for a medical supply company. You would need to be familiar with the Reach Stand Up (Primary) as well as Dock Stocker, Order Picker, and the Riding Pallet Jack. Experience with loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving warehouse items is a plus. You will also be managing inventory by utilizing RF scanning equipment as well as picking and wrapping orders for shipment. Must have at least 1 or more years of experience operating these lifts in a warehouse setting. Must provide proof of experience. You must complete a test of all listed equipment to start at the company.
Forklift Operator Qualifications/Skills:
- Ability to read and understand packaging, shipping documents, and safety guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to perform basic math.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination, peripheral vision, and ability with spatial relationships.
- Efficient individual with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to lift 30 pounds.
- Attention to detail.
