Responsibilities Operate forklifts, including pallet jacks, to move materials and products safely within the warehouse. Perform order picking and staging of products for shipment or storage. Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper handling of materials. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock organization. Conduct routine inspections of equipment, reporting any maintenance needs or safety hazards. Follow OSHA regulations and company policies regarding safety procedures. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and efficiency. Experience Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting is preferred. Familiarity with materials handling techniques and equipment, including cranes, is a plus. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues is beneficial. Experience working under the guidance of a warehouse supervisor is desirable. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards are essential for success in this role.
