Material Handler/Forklift Operator BBSI Sawmills, NC 28630

Required Skills/Abilities:

Ability to prioritize tasks. 2nd shift High school diploma or GED equivalent, preferred Must pass a background check and drug test Alert, focused, and detail-oriented Physically and mentally fit Ability to lift up to 50 lbs at a time Experience using hand trucks and electric lifts Disciplined, dependable, and resourceful Excellent customer service skills Strong verbal communication or education and experience: 6+ months of forklift experience preferred. Previous stock or inventory experience a plus

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. Must be able to access all areas of the facility to determine needs..

Work Environment:

This role requires someone to not only be good at following instructions, but responsible and willing to hold themselves accountable. This is a team position, but requires some autonomy and willingness to complete tasks while facing ambiguity. Team members must be flexible to the changing environment and instances that may arise unexpectedly. #
