The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to efficiently move products within our warehouse or distribution center. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport materials and products throughout the warehouse. Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring accurate handling of goods. Perform routine inspections of equipment to ensure safe operation. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. Assist with inventory management by accurately tracking product movement. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with delivery personnel and other staff. Qualifications Proven experience as a Forklift Operator or in a similar role within a warehouse environment is preferred. Familiarity with various types of material handling equipment, including manual transmission vehicles. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Experience in route driving or as a delivery driver is an advantage. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform moving tasks. A valid forklift operator certification is required; additional certifications are a plus.
