$16-$18 High-Reach Raymond Forklift Operator Role Overview As a High-Reach Raymond Forklift Operator, you will move product safely and efficiently throughout our refrigerated warehouse, focusing on accurate put-away of inbound freight and timely replenishment of pick slots to keep order fulfillment running smoothly. High-Reach Raymond Forklift Operator Key Responsibilities Operate Raymond high-reach forklifts (stand-up, single-/double-deep) to lift, place, and retrieve pallets up to 30 ft+ in racking. System-directed put-away of received inventory into correct bin locations. Replenish pick faces promptly when stock levels fall below set thresholds. Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections; report any mechanical issues. Keep aisles, racking, and staging areas orderly and free of hazards. Assist with cycle counts, slot audits, and other warehouse tasks as assigned. Follow all OSHA and Foster Caviness safety protocols, including proper PPE usage. High-Reach Raymond Forklift Operator Qualifications Recent experience operating a Raymond (or similar) high-reach forklift in a narrow-aisle environment—certification strongly preferred. Proven ability to maneuver loads safely at height and in tight spaces. Working knowledge of RF scanners for warehouse management systems (WMS). Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in temperatures ranging from 34-55 °F; dress warmly (you’ll be in and out of coolers). Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to on-time attendance. Steel-toe footwear required; ability to pass background & drug screening. #LSNCJOBS
