The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently loading and ensuring that all items are handled safely and accurately, as well as monitoring machines very closely all day. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to operate a forklift in the industrial warehouse setting safely and proficiently. Responsibilities ​Transport product to and from upper mezzanine’s, as well as remove 2000 lb bags from machines using a forklift ​O​bserve and manage multiple industrial machines throughout the day Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and shipments. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve efficiency. Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury. ​Transcribe product levels regularly throughout the day (will need to be able to walk up and down stairs multiple times a day) •This job does not require constantly being on a forklift, it requires manual labor on the feet regularly•Requirements ​Must be forklift certified with 3 years experience Proven experience in a warehouse environment is preferred. Familiarity with forklift operation ​i​s required Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues is beneficial. Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) ​a​s needed throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork within the warehouse.
