The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe, accurate loadingand unloading of products within the distribution center.

Job Responsibilities:

Load and off-load inbound and outbound shipments utilizing theWMS. Report discrepancies between the inventory count andshipping/receiving documents. Ensure every effort is made to load/off-load pallets in amanner that promotes safety and impedes damage. Locates and retrieves products as well as replenishes pickinglocations. Become knowledgeable of the responsibilities of the otherwarehouse positions. Assist as required. Act as back up at times of absence or vacation.

Education andExperience:

High School Diploma or GED, preferred. 1 year of relevant experience, required in lieu of High SchoolDiploma or GED. Experience with multiple types of MHE- Order Pickers, ReachTrucks, Counterbalance (slip and clamp), and Dock Stocker,preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

Ability to obtain a forklift certification. Ability to read and interpret distribution documents. Required to operate MHE and use an RF scanner. Basic analytical, organizational and prioritizationskills. General distribution knowledge. Proficient in the use of a PC. Strong initiative and drive for results.

The associate mayoccasionally be required to climb. The job may require lifting over50lbs in some areas but not all.
