Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Driver to join our team. This role involves operating a forklift to load finished goods ready for shipment onto trucks safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years experience, be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, a team player with a positive attitude, good work ethics and possess a great commitment to workplace safety.
salary:
$16.5 – $17 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 6 AM – 2:30

No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Safe Operation:
Operate forklifts safely in busy manufacturing and warehouse environments, maneuvering with precision to prevent accidents and damage.
Loading/Unloading:
Transport pallets from production lines to designated areas; safely load/unload goods to/from trucks and storage locations.
Receiving & Storage:
Unload deliveries, move goods to storage, document receipts, and report discrepancies.
Work Area Maintenance:
Keep driving and storage areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Equipment Checks:
Conduct regular forklift inspections and report or address any maintenance issues promptly.
Packaging:
Secure goods using industrial wraps and pallets, ensuring proper labeling and safe stacking for shipment.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all health, safety, and forklift operation protocols.
Inventory Support:
Assist with inventory counts and consolidate partial pallets as needed.
