Warehouse Associate – $18/hr | First Shift | Monroe, NC We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for a first shift position in Monroe, NC . This role pays $18 per hour and offers the opportunity to grow into a keyholder position. HVAC experience is preferred , and sit-down forklift experience is required .

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a sit-down forklift to move, stock, and organize materials Pick, pack, and restock inventory accurately and efficiently Use a locking ladder to safely access products Greet customers promptly and provide hands-on assistance by locating and walking them to products Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse, restrooms, and customer areas (sweep, mop, remove trash, etc.) Once hired full-time, open and close the facility, including balancing the cash register

Schedule:

First Shift Hours – Monday through Friday 7:30-4:30

Pay:

$18/hour
