Summary As a Forklift Operator at Accurate Staffing Consultants, you will be an essential part of our operations, responsible for safely and efficiently handling materials within various warehouse environments. This role is crucial in supporting our mission to provide top-notch staffing solutions while maintaining high standards of safety and productivity. Responsibilities Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Load and unload materials from trucks and containers with precision. Manage inventory by organizing products within the warehouse. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and efficiency. Follow all OSHA regulations and company policies regarding safety procedures. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately. Qualifications Valid forklift operator certification is required. Proven experience operating forklifts or similar equipment in a warehouse setting. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations related to material handling. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Experience in warehouse management or supervision is a plus but not required. Familiarity with order picking processes is beneficial.
