We are looking for a motivated and experienced Lumber Yard Worker / Forklift Operator to be a key part of our operation. Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Assist customers in the yard, helping them locate materials, loading products safely, and ensuring they have a great experience.

Order Building:

Accurately pick, organize, and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery.

Forklift Operation:

Operate a forklift with skill and care to move materials efficiently and safely.

Inventory & Organization:

Maintain stock levels, conduct inventory counts, and ensure materials are stored in an orderly manner.

Yard Maintenance:

Keep the lumberyard clean, organized, and safe for both employees and customers.

Teamwork:

Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a similar role (yard work, construction, lumber, or warehouse preferred). Forklift experience required (certification is a plus but not necessary). Strong organizational skills to keep inventory and orders accurate. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Friendly and customer-focused attitude —our customers are important to us! Reliability and motivation —we need someone who takes pride in their work and is eager to contribute. Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 75 lbs).
